6月10日から行われたEvent #21: $1,500 MONSTER STACK No-Limit Hold’emには6501ものエントリーが集まり、賞金総額は8,678,835ドルとなった。
日本人最高位となる7位に入賞したのはYoshiya Agata氏。「似非カイジ」と名乗り、オンラインを中心に活動する実力派プレイヤーがこの大型トーナメントで見事にファイナルテーブルに進出、154,688ドルの高額賞金を手にした。
その他にも、小倉孝プロが261位に入るなど、このトーナメントでは多くの日本人プレイヤーが賞金を獲得している。入賞者一覧は下表のとおり。
