自分も始めたいと思っているけど、どんなものなのかよく分からないという方も多いんじゃないでしょうか？
実は、今流行中のポーカーは、日本で昔からよく知られている5枚の手札で役を作るポーカーではないんです！
今大流行中のポーカーは、「テキサスホールデム」という種類のポーカーなんですよ。
5枚のポーカーはなんとなくわかるけど、テキサスホールデムは名前をちらっと聞いたことがあるくらいだなぁ…。
そんな方のために、この記事ではテキサスホールデムのルールや、どこでプレイできるのかなど、初心者の方がポーカーを始める上で知りたい基本的な情報を解説していきます！
テキサスホールデムって何？
テキサスホールデムとは
ポーカーにはさまざまな種類がありますが、その中でも最も多くの人がプレイしているのがテキサスホールデム。
世界中のカジノでプレイすることができ、プレイ人口は全世界で1億円を超えると言われています。
カジノでは現金に換算できるチップを取り合うキャッシュゲームはもちろん、参加費を支払ってチップを貰い、チップを全て失った人から退場していく、生き残り方式のトーナメントも開催されています。
トーナメントの中には、優勝賞金が10億円以上にもなる世界大会もあるんですよ！

どんなゲームなの？
テキサスホールデムは、テーブルにコミュニティカードと呼ばれる参加者全員が自分のハンドとして使える5枚の共通のカードがあるのが特徴で、
プレイヤーは、ディーラーから最初に配られた2枚のホールカードと、コミュニティカードの計7枚から、最も強い役ができる5枚でハンドを作って勝負します。
5枚のコミュニティカードは一気に全部開かれるのではなく、ホールカードが配られた後に3枚、1枚、1枚と順を追って開かれ、各段階でチップをベットするラウンドがあります。
コミュニティカードの存在により生まれる駆け引きがテキサスホールデムの醍醐味です！

ハンドの強さ
ハンドの強さは役の強さ、そしてカード自体の強さで決まります。

ゲームの手順
ハンドの強弱が判断できるようになったら、
いよいよゲームの手順を覚えていきましょう！
プレイに必要な人数は最低2人で、通常2～10人で楕円形のポーカーテーブルを囲んで行われます。
ディーラーボタンの位置を決める
席についたら、ディーラーボタンの位置を決めます。
ディーラーボタンはDEALERと書かれた円盤状のものが使われることが多いです。
ディーラーボタンが置かれた人のポジションをボタンと呼び、ボタンの左隣のことをスモールブラインド(SB)、その左隣をビッグブラインド(BB)と呼びます。
ゲームが1回終了するごとに、ディーラーボタンを1つ左隣に回して次のゲームに進行していきます。
ホールカード(手札)を配る
ボタンの位置が決まったら、ディーラーが各プレイヤーに2枚のホールカードを伏せて配ります。
プレイヤーは自分の分のホールカードしか見ることができません。
テキサスホールデムでは全てのアクションが時計回りで行われます。
ホールカードを配る順番もSBから順に時計回りで1枚ずつ配っていき、2周して各プレイヤーに2枚が行き渡ります。
この際、ボタンの左隣のSB(スモールブラインド)とその左隣のBB(ビックブラインド)は、ブラインドと呼ばれる強制ベットをする必要があります。
ゲームによってブラインドの額は定められているので、カードが配られる前に決められた額をテーブルに出しておきましょう。
一般的には、SBの2倍の額をBBが払うようになっていることが多いです。
プリフロップ(最初のベッティングラウンド)
2枚のホールカードが配られたら、最初のベッティングラウンドがスタートします。このラウンドのことをプリフロップと呼びます。
コミュニティカードはまだ1枚も開いていないので、自分の手札2枚のみを見て自分のアクションを決めます。アクションはBBの1つ左隣(アンダーザガン,UTG)から時計回りに進んでいきます。
プレイヤーが選択できるアクションは次の通りです。
参加者全員の賭け額が揃ったらこのラウンドが終了し、ディーラーが出されたチップを全てポットに集めて次に進みます。
1人以外の全員がフォールドした場合は、残った1人のプレイヤーに賭けられたチップが渡されます。
例えば、SBが10ドル、BBが20ドルだった場合を考えてみましょう。
自分より前にレイズがなかった場合(賭け金が上がらなかった場合)、BB以外のプレイヤーは、BBと同じ20ドルを出すことでコールができ、賭け金を20ドルより上げたい場合はレイズができます。
また、BBは既に20ドルを置いているのでこの場合はチェックが選択できます。
自分より前に誰かがBBに20ドル上乗せした40ドルのレイズをしていた場合、コールに必要な額は40ドルになります。
リレイズを選択する場合は、上乗せされた20ドル以上を更に上乗せする必要があり、最低リレイズ額は60ドルになります。
最低リレイズ額はちょっとややこしいですが、最初のうちはとりあえず現状の倍以上出しておけば間違えなくて済みます(^^)
コールもレイズも出来ないと思う場合はフォールドを選択し、ゲームに参加せずに降りることができます。
初心者のうちはチェックができる場面でフォールドしてしまうことがあるので気を付けましょう！
フロップ(2回目のベッティングラウンド)
さあ、プリフロップで全員の賭け金が揃い、ディーラーがそのラウンドのチップを回収してポットに入れました。
次のラウンドはフロップと呼ばれます。
ここではディーラーが3枚のコミュニティカードをオープンし、ベッッティングラウンドが始まります。
プリフロップではSB,BBが事前にチップを置くため、その隣のUTGからアクションが始まりましたが、フロップ以降はSBからアクションが始まります。
あらかじめブラインドが置かれていたプリフロップと違って、誰も新たにチップを置いていないところから始まるので、このラウンドではプリフロップにはなかったベットというアクションが可能になります。
その他はプリフロップと同様にアクションが進んでいき、参加者全員の賭け額が揃ったらディーラーが出されたチップを全てポットに集めて次に進みます。
ただし、1人以外の全員がフォールドした場合は、残った1人のプレイヤーにここまでのラウンドで賭けられたチップが全て渡されます。
ターン(3回目のベッティングラウンド)
フロップが終わると、ディーラーが4枚目のコミュニティカードを開き、再びベッティングラウンドが始まります。
このラウンドをターンと言います。ターンの進み方はフロップと同じです。
リバー(4回目のベッティングラウンド)
ターンが終わるとディーラーは最後の5枚目のコミュニティカードを開きます。
アクションはフロップ、ターンと同様に進んでいきます。
ショーダウン
リバーまでベッティングラウンドが終わり、参加者が2人以上残っている場合はいよいよハンドの強さで勝敗を決します。
これをショーダウンと呼びます。
そのためには自分の手札を見せる必要がありますが、一般的には最後にベットもしくはレイズをしたプレイヤーから時計回りに自分の手札を開いていきます。
全員がチェックで終わっていた場合はSBが最初になります。
ベットやレイズは強気のアクションなので、「そんなに強いなら先に見せてよね！」という感じです。これが出来ないと嫌な顔をされてしまうこともあるのでマナーとして覚えておきましょう！
また、自分より先に開いたプレイヤーのハンドを見て、自分のハンドが負けている場合には、ハンドを見せずにディーラーにカードを返して負けを認めることができます。
このことをマックと言います。
自分が何を持っていたかを知られるとプレイの傾向を探られやすくなってしまうので、見せる必要がないときはなるべくマックした方がいいと思います。
最終的に勝利したプレイヤーがポットのチップを全て獲得します。
ただし、ハンドの強さが全く同じ引き分け(チョップ)だった場合は、チョップになったプレイヤー間でポットのチップを等分します。
